Duties
- Educate clients on Medicare/Health plans, benefits, and eligibility requirements.
- Analyze client needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner to clients.
- Negotiate terms and conditions of Medicare and Health plans with clients to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations while handling sensitive client information.
- Provide exceptional customer service to build long-lasting relationships with clients.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about current Medicare trends and competitor offerings.
- Assist in sales administration tasks, including documentation preparation and follow-ups.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written; bilingual or multilingual capabilities are a plus.
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and compliance standards.
- Ability to analyze client needs and market conditions effectively.
- Proven negotiation skills with a focus on achieving positive outcomes for clients.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and client engagement.
- Must be detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
