We’re excited to expand our team and are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our growing insurance agency. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a supportive, client-focused environment and is interested in a stable long-term career in the insurance industry.
Whether you're already licensed in Property & Casualty (P&C) or motivated to become licensed (we’ll help you get there!), this position offers both servicing responsibilities and opportunities for commission-based sales.
🧑💼 What You’ll Be Doing:- Serve as the main point of contact for existing clients, providing friendly, prompt, and professional service
- Process policy changes, answer coverage and billing questions, and resolve customer concerns efficiently
- Support the sales process by identifying opportunities to cross-sell or up-sell insurance products
- Collaborate with the agency team to meet customer needs and ensure high retention and satisfaction
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records using agency software
- Someone who is either licensed in Property & Casualty insurance OR motivated to become licensed (we’ll cover licensing support and guidance)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and time management
- A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and the ability to work both independently and within a team
- Customer service or administrative experience preferred (insurance background a plus but not required)
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred, but not required
- Stable Monday–Friday schedule (no evenings or weekends)
- Base salary commission = unlimited earning potential
