What are the responsibilities and job description for the Personal Lines Customer Service Representative position at The Insurance Center?
Established independent property casualty agency is seeking a Customer Service Rep to service agency clients. This job requires handling customer inquiries, coverage changes, quoting auto, home and other personal insurance coverage with multiple insurance companies, interacting with carrier underwriters, marketing and remarketing of customer policies, reviewing coverage requirements against renewing policies. CT P&C license is required, AMS360 knowledge a plus, EZLynx and/or Vertafore PL Rater also a plus. Current IA environment or someone looking to move from a captive agent to an independent agency environment.
