Responsibilities
Client Engagement: Actively engage with prospective and existing policyholders to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions.
Policy Consultation: Offer expert advice on insurance options, helping clients choose plans best suited to their requirements.
Lead Generation: Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and community events.
Sales Execution: Achieve sales targets by closing sales, processing applications, and ensuring timely policy issuance.
Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining positive relationships.
Market Research: Stay current with industry trends and competitive products to provide clients with informed recommendations.

Requirements
Licensing: Must possess an active Louisiana Property & Casualty License.
Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years in insurance sales or a related area is highly preferred.

Salary : $35,000 - $65,000
