Sales Account Manager
The Associate Account Manager serves as the primary day-to-day point of contact for assigned clients and plays a critical role in supporting revenue growth, retention, and customer satisfaction. The role requires a proactive, customer-centric, and sales-oriented mindset. The Associate Account Manager partners closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Enterprise Research, and Operations teams to ensure a seamless customer experience, identify growth opportunities and support account-level sales objectives.

Sales Account Manager
The Associate Account Manager serves as the primary day-to-day point of contact for assigned clients and plays a critical role in supporting revenue growth, retention, and customer satisfaction. The Associate Account Manager partners closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Enterprise Research, and Operations teams to ensure a seamless customer experience, identify growth opportunities and support account-level sales objectives.
What You’ll Do
- Serve as the primary supporting daily point of contact for assigned corporate accounts
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Support Sales Account Executives with reporting, opportunity identification, and customer communications.
- Use Salesforce and internal systems to maintain accurate account data
- Support LMS integrations and troubleshooting
- Participate in quarterly account reviews and industry events as needed
- 1-2 years of account management experience required
- B2B sales experience preferred
- High School diploma required; college degree preferred.
