In This Role, You Will
- Lead the development and execution of enterprise‑wide financial and administrative strategies aligned with organizational priorities
- Advise the President and executive leadership on financial performance, risk management, investments, and resource allocation
- Provide executive oversight of Finance, Grants & Contracts, Institutional Advancement, and process improvement functions
- Ensure accurate financial reporting, strong internal controls, and compliance with regulatory and fiduciary requirements
- Prepare and present financial analyses, reports, and recommendations to the Board of Directors and senior stakeholders
- Champion continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen efficiency, scalability, and cross‑functional collaboration
- Build and lead high‑performing teams, fostering accountability, transparency, and operational excellence
Your Knowledge & Expertise
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field required; advanced degree preferred.
- Significant senior‑level leadership experience overseeing finance and administrative functions in a complex organization.
- Demonstrated expertise in budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, compliance, internal controls, and audit processes.
- Experience overseeing grants management, contracts, and stewardship of public and private funds.
- Strong executive presence with the ability to translate complex financial information into clear, actionable insights.
- Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop high‑performing teams while fostering accountability and collaboration.
