The Innovative Daycare Corp. is seeking a caring, reliable, and energetic Part-Time Teachers Aide to support our early childhood classrooms. The ideal candidate is someone who loves children, works well on a team, and follows daily routines with consistency and professionalism. At IDC, we are committed to providing a nurturing, bilingual, and developmentally appropriate environment for all childrenincluding those with special needs.
Responsibilities Include
Assisting Lead Teachers with daily routines, lessons, and classroom activities
Supporting children during meals, playtime, outdoor activities, and transitions
Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized classroom environment
Helping prepare materials for lessons and arts & crafts
Providing gentle redirection and positive guidance
Supporting diapering, toileting, and hygiene routines as needed
Collaborating with staff to uphold IDC policies and OCFS regulations
Qualifications
CDA preferred or willingness to obtain one after hire
Early Childhood Experience Preferred
Patient, loving, and responsible
Eager to pursue ongoing training and education
Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply
