The Innovative Daycare Corp (IDC) Long Islands ONLY NAFCC-accredited home-based childcare program is hiring! We are expanding IDC and IDC II, and we are looking for responsible, patient, loving individuals who are passionate about early childhood education.
Responsibilities
Support the daily care, safety, and supervision of children
Assist with bilingual curriculum activities (English/Spanish)
Support play-based, developmentally appropriate learning
Maintain a clean, safe, nurturing environment
Communicate effectively with staff and families
Qualifications
CDA preferred or willingness to obtain after hire
Early Childhood Experience Preferred
Responsible, patient, and nurturing
Willing to pursue additional training and education
Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply
