Job Description
Innovative Asset Advisors Group is a wealth management firm that empowers individuals and families to
navigate the complexities of managing wealth by providing a tailored, high-touch client experience, best-in-class
technology, and the expertise of investment professionals with a broad range of experience across all asset
classes.
We are seeking a detail-oriented Private Client Associate to support our wealth management team in Shelton, CT to deliver
exceptional service to high-net-worth clients. This role involves comprehensive client relationship management,
investment administration, and operational support for complex financial portfolios. The successful candidate
will provide a wide range of supporting functions to a Senior Adviser and Associate Adviser across client service,
administration, and investments.
Essential Responsibilities
• Work with clients to understand their financial objectives and coordinate service delivery
• Maintain detailed client records and ensure all communications are documented and tracked
• Coordinate with custodians, fund managers, and other service providers to ensure accurate and
timely execution.
• Prepare comprehensive portfolio reports and performance summaries for clients
• Process new account documentation and coordinate know-your-customer procedures
What You’ll Bring
• Experience with Schwab Adviser Center required
• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business, or related field
• One to four years of experience in financial services, preferably in wealth management or private
banking.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and Word
• Experience with portfolio management systems and CRM platforms
• Previous exposure to alternative investments, trust and estate planning, or tax-advantaged strategies
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong client service orientation with professional demeanor.
