Role Description:
The B2B Account Manager role is a full-time, on-site and hybrid-remote position based in Indianapolis, IN. This role is responsible for prospecting, managing leads and a sales pipeline, managing and growing relationships with business clients, serving as a primary point of contact for campaign execution. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating B2B sales and marketing initiatives, conducting presentations, monitoring campaign performance, and identifying opportunities for market expansion and revenue growth. The B2B Account Manager will collaborate closely with internal consulting, operations, and marketing teams to ensure high-quality delivery and measurable client outcomes. The role also involves prospecting and maintaining proactive communication to support long-term client success.
Qualifications:
- Strong B2B account management, client relationship building, and stakeholder communication skills.
- Experience with sales, business development, and customer service
- Knowledge of marketing strategy, campaign coordination across B2B and B2C channels, and performance analysis.
