Pediatric Mental Health Clinician (Afternoon/Evening & Weekends)
Location: Warwick, Cranston, Cumberland, Johnston (RI) & Seekonk (MA)
Compensation: $70/hour (fee-for-service)

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Pediatric Mental Health Clinician to join our growing team. This role specializes in providing therapeutic services to children and adolescents ages 5–18. Ideal candidates will have strong clinical skills, experience working with youth, and a commitment to creating a supportive, developmentally appropriate therapeutic environment.
Schedule Requirements:
- Availability after 2:00 p.m. on weekdays
- Evening and weekend availability required
- Must be able to provide 20 clinical hours during evenings and/or weekends
Job Duties
- Provide individual, family, and/or group therapy to children and adolescents ages 5–18
- Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with families.
- Utilize evidence based approaches (play therapy, CBT, DBT, trauma-informed care, or other child-focused modalities
- Collaborate with caregivers, schools, and other providers as appropriate to support continuity of care
- Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation in accordance with organizational and regulatory standards
- Participate in supervision, training, and team meetings

Qualifications
- LICSW, LCSW, LMHC, LMHC-A, LMFT, or pre-licensed masters degree
- Master’s Degree in a related mental health field
- Experience supporting children with anxiety, depression, ADHD, behavioral concerns, trauma, and/or family conflict
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Bilingual skills (Spanish speaking) is preferred but not required
