Key Responsibilities
Please ensure that all necessary equipment, utensils, and silverware are clean, polished, and properly arranged, and that audiovisual equipment and lighting are set up and operational.
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, escort them to their assigned tables, and provide assistance with seating as needed.
- Take food and beverage orders from guests, using suggestive selling techniques to promote additional items or upgrades.
- Serve food and beverages to guests promptly and accurately, following established service standards and presentation guidelines.
- Respond promptly and courteously to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns, and resolve any issues or complaints with empathy and professionalism.
- Complete post-event cleaning and sanitation procedures to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in banquet areas.
