This is a full-time, on-site Night Auditor position located in Santa Fe, NM. The Night Auditor will be responsible for ensuring smooth overnight operations, including managing guest check-ins and check-outs, processing reservations, handling cash and credit transactions, and addressing guest inquiries. Additional duties include verifying the accuracy of financial records, preparing daily reports, and supporting the front desk to maintain high-quality service for all guests. Upholding the standards of a luxury hospitality experience is a key aspect of this role.
- Receptionist duties and reservations management experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional demeanor
- Proficiency in customer service and the ability to address guest needs effectively
- Experience in cash handling and transactional accuracy
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to handle nighttime responsibilities independently
- Familiarity with hotel property management systems is a plus
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry is preferred but not required
