As a Caregiver at The INN, you’ll play a vital role in supporting and enriching the lives of our clients. Your days will be filled with meaningful interactions and purposeful activities, both within our Day-Treatment Program and in the community through our Supported Living services. Here’s a glimpse of your responsibilities:

• Assist clients with daily activities, ensuring their safety and comfort.
• Engage clients in a variety of enriching activities tailored to their unique interests and abilities.
• Foster a supportive, nurturing environment that encourages personal growth and joy.
• Collaborate with team members to provide the highest quality of care.
• Support clients in community settings during afternoon shifts, helping them build independence and connections.
