As a Caregiver at The INN, you’ll play a vital role in supporting individuals with special needs. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Assisting clients in our Day-Treatment Program with activities designed to foster personal growth and development.
• Encouraging and supporting clients as they engage in a variety of enriching activities tailored to their unique abilities and interests.
• Help provide clients with hygiene needs, toileting and tube feeding as needed.
• Providing Supported Living services during afternoon & evening shifts, helping clients navigate and participate in their community.
• Building meaningful relationships and creating a positive, nurturing environment for clients.

To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

• At least 1 year of experience in caregiving or a related field.
• A compassionate and patient nature, with a genuine desire to help others.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with clients and team members.
• A commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive environment.
