Are you a nurse who loves leading a team, building relationships, and making a real difference every single day? We’re looking for a Wellness Coordinator to serve as the clinical leader of our assisted living community under the direction of our Director of Nursing.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a charge nurse/unit manager-style position—providing hands-on support, oversight, and guidance to our clinical team while ensuring exceptional care for our residents.
What You’ll Do:
- Provide daily oversight and leadership to nursing staff
- Ensure high-quality care through audits, follow-up, and accountability
- Coordinate with families, physicians, and outside providers
- Support care planning, assessments, and changes in condition
- Help drive a culture of compassion, teamwork, and excellence
What We’re Looking For:
- Licensed Nurse
- Strong clinical judgment and organizational skills
