Position Summary:
We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Part-Time Night Auditor to join our guest services team. As the overnight face of The Inn, you will play a key role in ensuring the safety, comfort, and satisfaction of our guests during nighttime hours.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist late-arriving guests with check-in and other requests
- Handle phone inquiries and guest needs throughout the night
- Conduct daily audit procedures for front desk.
- Balance and verify room charges, payments, and postings
- Monitor the security of the premises and respond to emergencies as needed
- Set up and prepare lobby for morning operations
- Communicate important guest and operational notes to day staff
- Assist housekeeping with laundry as needed
Qualifications:
- Previous front desk or hospitality experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Dependable with excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently overnight
- Professional demeanor and strong communication skills
- Must be able to work weekends, holidays, and overnight hours (typically 11 PM – 7 AM)
