What are the responsibilities and job description for the Farm Worker position at The Inn at East Hill Farm?
Seeking experienced farm worker that can also educate the public. Interacting with Inn guests to ensure that they enjoy a positive vacation/educational experience.
Looking for a dependable, people oriented, flexible, independent worker.
Flexible work schedule with weekends included. Time frame ranges between 7am and 9pm.
Must have experience with animals. Position includes working with cows, donkeys, pigs, sheep, goats, chickens, rabbits and some horses.
This is a physical job during all seasons of the year. Physical requirements include cleaning, moving, and working with large and small farm animals. Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
Duties will include: maintaining animal health, cleaning, milking, hay throwing, fence repairs, customer service and farm school educator.
Customer Service skills are important.
Must live locally, no housing provided.'
