Description:
The Inn at Crestwood is looking for a part-time, Night Audit Front Desk Associate to provide exceptional overnight service to our guests while ensuring the hotel’s nightly operations and financial reporting are completed accurately.
The Job
The Night Audit Front Desk Associate is responsible for overseeing the hotel during overnight hours, assisting guests with their needs, completing nightly monitoring, and ensuring the property remains safe, secure, and welcoming throughout the night.
Work Hours:
The Night Audit Front Desk Associate will primarily work 11:00 PM–7:00 AM on Friday and Saturday nights, with occasional coverage of Front Desk shifts from 7:00 AM–3:00 PM or 3:00 PM–11:00 PM, as needed.
Job Duties Include:
- Greet and interact with guests in a warm, friendly, and professional manner.
- Check guests in and out while providing exceptional customer service.
- Process reservations, payments, room charges, and other guest transactions accurately.
- Complete the nightly audit and ensure daily financial transactions are properly recorded.
- Balance cash, credit card, and other payment transactions.
- Review and reconcile daily reports for accuracy.
- Prepare and distribute daily reports for management.
- Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests, questions, and concerns.
- Monitor the property throughout the overnight shift and report any maintenance, safety, or security concerns.
- Perform light cleaning and organization of the front desk and common areas as needed.
- Assist with setting up or maintaining breakfast and other overnight guest amenities as needed.
- Follow all hotel policies, procedures, and security standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk area.
- Communicate important guest or operational information to the management and incoming staff.

The Inn at Crestwood is a 14 room boutique hotel located just 3.9 miles from downtown Blowing Rock. Originally built in 1949, the Inn at Crestwood also caters to specialized events such as weddings, family reunions, and holiday parties. The Inn at Crestwood allows for the perfect mountain getaway while still being close to Blowing Rock, Boone, and Banner Elk.
