Role Description The PART TIME HOUSEKEEPING AND LAUNDRY ROLE at The Inn at Belden Village is an on-site position based in Canton, OH. This team member is responsible for cleaning resident suites and common areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sanitizing surfaces, and maintaining orderly spaces. Daily tasks include collecting, washing, drying, folding, and distributing laundry and linens while following infection-control and safety procedures. The role also involves restocking supplies, handling towel and trash services, and reporting any maintenance or safety concerns promptly. This is a part-time role that supports a clean, comfortable, and dignified environment for residents and collaborates closely with caregivers and other staff to meet resident needs.

Qualifications
- Demonstrated skills in Housekeeping, including cleaning, sanitizing, and organizing residential and common areas.
- Experience with Laundry services, including washing, drying, folding, and proper handling of linens and personal items.
- Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to interact respectfully and clearly with residents, families, and team members.
- Ability to participate in and benefit from Training related to safety, infection control, and best practices in senior living care.
- Attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to follow established procedures and schedules.
- Capacity to perform physical tasks such as standing, bending, lifting, and pushing carts throughout the shift.
- Previous experience in senior living, healthcare, hospitality, or a similar environment is beneficial.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred; willingness to undergo background checks and comply with organizational policies.
