About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled physician to provide high-quality medical services to our patients. Your primary responsibility will be to work as part of our team, delivering care to pediatric patients and contributing to the overall well-being of our community.
- Work closely with other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients and their families.
- Participate in on-call responsibilities after hours and supervise PAs or NPs as needed.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A graduate degree from an accredited medical school with a MD or DO degree.
- Completion of residency and Board Certification (preferred).
- Current licensure in VA.
- The ability to build rapport with patients and other healthcare providers.
- ACLS qualification.
- Ability and willingness to serve on the active medical staff of a hospital used by SVCHS.

Compensation
You can expect a competitive salary range of $200,000 to $250,000 per year, plus performance pay bumps, retention bonus, and promotion opportunities.
