Medical Director Position at Winters Healthcare
We are seeking a Medical Director to provide clinical and administrative leadership within our Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC). The ideal candidate will have experience in clinical leadership, with a proven track record of leading teams and monitoring quality improvement outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical direction and oversight to medical staff
- Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives
- Monitor and analyze patient care data to identify areas for improvement

Requirements:
- Experience as a Medical Director in a FQHC or CHC setting
