- Compensation: Earning Potential up to $250,000 annually.- We offer an hourly patient volume incentive bonus for all Providers and an hourly solo bonus for NPs and PAs who are able to work solo shifts.

- Additional Info: Work with AFC, one of the largest urgent care systems throughout the nation, known for providing comprehensive and astute urgent care services. IDEAL CANDIDATES:-Candidates with UC experience preferred, will accept those with prior ICU/ER experience as an RN-Accepting new graduates who are proficient in UC procedures such as suturing, EKG, splinting, X-rays, etc. -Team-Oriented: Willing to work every other full weekend (Sat/Sun) and proportional holidays as part of the provider rotation-Must already be board-certified and licensed in MANEW GRADUATE SUPPORT: New grads receive strong initial support but must quickly become efficient and confident in independent decision-making. After training, they'll serve as the float or second provider in busy clinics, consulting with a Supervising Physician only as needed-especially for pediatric cases if lacking prior experience.
