The Karuk Tribe Health and Human Services is seeking an experienced Advanced Care Provider to join our team in Happy Camp, CA. This is a full-time position that requires a Nurse Practitioner to work on Fridays from 8 AM to 5 PM. We welcome employed new graduates to apply.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Working closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes
- Managing patient records and communicating effectively with patients and families
- Participating in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date with the latest medical practices and procedures
**Requirements**
To be considered for this position, you must have a Bachelor's degree in Nursing and a Master's degree in Nursing or a related field. You must also be certified as a Nurse Practitioner and have relevant experience in a healthcare setting.
**Benefits**
We offer a competitive salary ranging from $150,000 to $190,000, depending on experience. In addition to your base pay, you will also receive a relocation allowance of around $5,000. Our benefits package includes:
