✨ What You’ll Do ✨
- Conduct comprehensive Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) via telehealth to determine the function of client behaviors.
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) that align with each client’s goals and therapy setting.
- Collaborate remotely with RBTs, caregivers, and clinical team members to ensure consistency and fidelity in behavior intervention strategies.
- Provide ongoing supervision, feedback, and training to RBTs and behavior technicians on Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) best practices.
- Collect, review, and analyze behavioral data through digital platforms to assess progress and make data-driven adjustments to treatment plans.
- Participate in treatment team meetings to discuss client progress, treatment goals, and necessary modifications to programming.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with families, offering guidance on implementing behavioral strategies in the home and community.
- Ensure all documentation, session notes, and reports meet ethical, clinical, and payer compliance standards.
✨ What You’ll Bring ✨
- Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification (required).
- GLBA Licence Required (or Pending)
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience providing ABA services in a clinical or telehealth setting (remote experience strongly preferred).
- Proven ability to conduct virtual assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide supervision through telehealth platforms.
- Strong data collection, analysis, and digital documentation skills using electronic data systems (e.g., Motivity, CentralReach, Catalyst, Rethink, or similar).
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with remote teams, caregivers, and RBTs.
- High level of organization, time management, and self-motivation to manage caseloads independently.
- Commitment to maintaining ethical and evidence-based practices in a virtual environment.
