Role Description

This is a hybrid role for a Residential Real Estate Agent based in Indianapolis, IN, with opportunities to work remotely. The role involves guiding clients through the home buying and selling processes, conducting property showings, creating and executing sales plans, aiding clients with real estate investments, and networking to generate new leads. The agent will also collaborate with the team, represent the company in the local market, and consistently deliver a superior customer experience.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Real Estate License
• Experience or expertise in Residential Real Estate
• Understanding of Real Estate principles, including New Home Sales
• Proven track record or strong ability in Sales and client relationship management
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in a team environment
• Familiarity with the Indianapolis and Central Indiana real estate markets is a plus
• Proficiency with technology, social media platforms, and CRM tools used to support real estate marketing and transactions
