The Inda-Romero Law Firm is seeking a dedicated and motivated Immigration Attorney to join our growing team in Miami, Florida.
We are a well-established immigration law firm known for strong advocacy, compassionate representation, and a client-centered approach. Our firm handles a wide range of immigration matters and has built a strong presence in the community, including through our active social media platforms, where we educate, inform, and connect with individuals and families seeking legal guidance.
As our firm continues to expand, we have recently opened a second location in the Coral Way area, zip code 33155, reflecting our rapid growth and continued commitment to serving our community. We are also expanding into personal injury law, creating an exciting opportunity for an attorney who wants to be part of a dynamic and growing practice.

Responsibilities
- Represent clients in immigration matters before immigration court, USCIS, and other government agencies
- Prepare and review petitions, motions, waivers, appeals, and other immigration filings
- Communicate with clients regarding case updates, legal options, and case strategy
- Conduct legal research and develop strong case strategies
- Collaborate with attorneys and staff to provide high-quality, client-focused representation
- Assist with the firm’s growth into personal injury matters, including client consultations, case review, and coordination as needed
Immigration Practice Areas May Include
- Asylum and defensive applications for relief
- Family and marriage-based petitions
- Adjustment of Status
- Consular Processing
- Waivers, including I-212 and I-601A
- VAWA petitions
- DACA
- Naturalization
- Stay of Removal
Personal Injury Growth Opportunity
Our firm is expanding into personal injury law, including matters involving accident victims and individuals seeking compensation for injuries. Experience in personal injury is a plus, but not required. We are looking for someone open to learning, growing, and helping develop this area of the firm alongside our existing immigration practice.
Qualifications
- Licensed to practice law in the United States
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Minimum 1 year of immigration law experience preferred
- Personal injury experience or interest is a plus
- Willingness to travel outside of Florida when needed
- Strong writing, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Organized, responsible, and client-focused
- Commitment to professional growth and legal excellence
