We are currently seeking a Vehicle Title Clerk for our On-line Auto Tag and Insurance Agency. The ideal candidate has prior experience in an Auto Tag Agency, Dealership, Retail Insurance Agency or PennDOT. The candidate should understand PennDOT transactions such as how to process vehicle titles, registrations, driver's licenses and other PennDOT transactions. Prior experience processing apportioned work is a major plus, but not required.
What You’ll Do
As a Vehicle Title Clerk, you’ll be responsible for helping the residents of Pennsylvania with a variety of PennDOT transactions. With full training provided, your typical day may include:
- Processing motor vehicle and drivers license transactions
- Managing incoming phone calls and providing exceptional customer service
- Supporting our in-house insurance agents
- Waiting on customers at a retail counter setting
- Identifying opportunities to educate customers and refer them to additional services

Requirements:
- Flexible schedule. Our office is open Monday-Saturday, so candidates need to have Saturday availability
- High School Diploma or GED
- Fluent in English, bilingual a plus
