Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Therapist based in Washington, D.C., with the option for some remote work. Responsibilities include providing therapy to individuals, couples, families, and adolescents, specializing in Imago Relationship Therapy and other modalities. The Therapist will assess client needs, develop treatment plans, and provide compassionate support. Additionally, the role may involve conducting workshops or participating in outreach efforts to support the community's mental health and relationship needs.

Qualifications
- Proficiency in therapeutic modalities, particularly Imago Relationship Therapy, and experience with individual, couple, and family counseling
- Strong communication, listening, and interpersonal relationship skills to foster client trust and engagement
- Expertise in addressing issues such as grief, depression, trauma, anxiety, and conflict resolution
- Commitment to providing inclusive and culturally competent care to diverse populations
- Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field
- Current licensure as a mental health professional in the state of Maryland or Washington, D.C.
- Experience in conducting workshops, group therapy, or community mental health initiatives is a plus
