This is a full-time, on-site Director role based in Fort Myers, FL. The Director will oversee strategic planning, team leadership, and the development of organizational initiatives. Responsibilities include managing day-to-day operations, representing the organization in external partnerships, ensuring efficient implementation of programs, and setting measurable goals to advance the organization's mission. The Director will collaborate with stakeholders, oversee budgets, and uphold standards of excellence across projects and operations.
