Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Assistant Manager role located in Arcadia, CA. The Assistant Manager will oversee operational tasks, coordinate team , Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining schedules, handling correspondence, and assisting in managing projects. The role also involves providing support to staff and ensuring the organization meets its goals efficiently.

Strong writing skills
- Organizational and time-management skills for effectively handling schedules, events, and multiple priorities
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for collaboration and team coordination
- Problem-solving abilities to guide team efforts and resolve challenges
- Proficiency in office software and tools for correspondence, Canva, Adobe, Air Table reporting, task management programs
- Experience in event planning or project management is a plus
