Job Summary:
Our team is growing and we’re looking to add an experienced representative to our sales force. The candidate we’re looking for needs to have experience building relationships, creating work orders and managing customer expectations. You’ll work alongside our team to ensure that projects/orders are fulfilled and deadlines are met. A candidate that is well versed in the print industry is preferred, but ongoing support from our existing team will always be a resource for growth. We’re looking for someone who is tenacious, organized and has a strong work ethic. Day-to-day responsibilities vary depending on the stage of the project. The ability to identify and carry out the next steps of the project are crucial. There is always work to do, whether you’re in the office processing work orders, on-site taking measurements, or on the road trying to make new connections for future opportunities.
Responsibilities:
o Build relationships with new and existing clients via phone, email or in person
o Offer guidance on appropriate material and applications
o Complete site visits for photos and measurements
o Translate job details in written form to our Team Estimator
o Understanding material, applications and production process
o Utilize internal software to share invoices, monitor projects and control requested deadlines
o Review and monitor Installation Calendar with team
Qualifications:
o Must be at least 18 years old
o Must be able to read and do calculations with measurements
o Clean driving record
o Patience, empathy and responsiveness to customers requests
o Product knowledge
o Interpersonal Skills
o Strong organizational and communication skills
o Accountable and manages time efficiently
o Adaptability
Education and Experience:
o High School diploma or equivalent
o 1 years’ sales experience
o Knowledge of the print industry
Job-Type: Full-time
Schedule: Monday-Friday, day shift hours 8am-5pm
Work Location: Our main location is located at 6333 Daedalus Drive, Cicero, NY 13039. Local travel will occur for appointments and site visits. You are required to use your personal vehicle for travel, but will be compensated for mileage monthly.
