- Manage medical and rehabilitation cases for injured workers
- Coordinate care with physicians, providers, employers, attorneys, and insurance carriers
- Evaluate treatment plans for medical necessity, appropriateness, and cost-effectiveness
- Facilitate Independent Medical Evaluations (IMEs) and conduct job site assessments as needed
- Monitor patient progress and provide strategic recommendations to stakeholders
- Maintain timely, detailed documentation and reporting
- Attend medical and rehabilitation appointments when required
- Active RN license
- Registered Certified CAT Supplier – State of Georgia (required)
- Minimum of 3 years of workers’ compensation case management experience
- Malpractice/liability insurance (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong computer and documentation skills
- Reliable transportation for local travel
- Access to a personal computer and phone
- Bilingual (Spanish or other languages)
