As a Clinical Research Coordinator, you'll lead the day-to-day management of industry-sponsored clinical research studies, working alongside physicians, sponsors, and research professionals to ensure every study is conducted with the highest standards of quality, safety, and regulatory compliance. What You'll Do
- Coordinate all phases of clinical trials from study start-up through closeout.
- Perform phlebotomy and collect study-related samples and data.
- Ensure compliance with FDA, ICH-GCP, sponsor protocols, and site SOPs.
- Educate and support study participants throughout their research journey.
- Collaborate with investigators, sponsors, CROs, IRBs, and laboratory partners.
- Maintain accurate source documentation and report adverse events as required.
What You'll Bring
- 2 years of Clinical Research Coordinator experience
- Phlebotomy experience required
- Experience with industry-sponsored investigational product (IP) studies required
- Bachelor's degree required; CCRC certification preferred
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
