Medical Receptionist – Full-Time (Clinic Evaluations)
Overview
Join The IMA Group as a Bilingual Medical Receptionist supporting structured medical evaluations in a professional outpatient setting. This role is ideal for someone who values consistency, teamwork, and patient interaction in a fast-paced healthcare environment. You must speak both fluent English and Spanish.
Schedule
- Full-time, shifts between 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Occasional Saturdays (scheduled in advance)
What You’ll Do
- Greet and check in patients in a courteous and professional manner
- Schedule appointments and manage provider calendars
- Verify patient information and update electronic records
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls
- Assist with patient intake paperwork and documentation
- Support efficient patient flow and front-office operations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Previous medical office, receptionist, or customer service experience preferred
- Strong organizational, communication, and computer skills
- Ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail in a busy environment
Compensation & Benefits
