IMA Clinical Research is seeking a friendly, professional, and organized Bilingual Front Desk Coordinator to join our Austin, TX team.
As the first person patients and study participants meet when they arrive, you'll play a key role in creating a positive experience while supporting the daily operations of our busy clinical research site. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, staying organized, and working in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
What You'll Do
- Greet and check in patients and study participants
- Answer incoming phone calls and direct inquiries appropriately
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Assist with patient intake and registration
- Maintain accurate records and update participant information
- Manage front desk operations and ensure a welcoming environment
- Support research and administrative staff with clerical tasks
- Help coordinate patient flow throughout the office
Qualifications
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
- Previous front desk, receptionist, administrative, customer service, or medical office experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Comfortable working with patients both in person and over the phone
- Proficient with computers and basic office software
- Professional, dependable, and team-oriented
