We are seeking motivated Independent Sales Partners who enjoy networking, relationship-building, and introducing valuable tools to professionals.
This is NOT a traditional corporate sales role.
This opportunity is ideal for entrepreneurial individuals who:
- know people and/or companies in the real estate investor space, including: hard money lenders, wholesalers, real estate agents, and individual property investors
- enjoy connecting and networking
- want flexible, scalable income
- prefer relationship-based sales over high-pressure tactics
What You’ll Do
- Introduce software tools to investors, wholesalers, lenders, and real estate professionals
- Build referral and relationship networks
- Share demo videos, conduct live product demos, and assist with onboarding
- Help grow awareness of our software regionally and nationwide
- Continue building and maintaining partner relationships
This Role May be Ideal for You if You Are:

You do NOT need traditional SaaS sales experience, nor real estate experience, although a working knowledge of the industry is helpful and preferred.
The strongest partners are often people who already understand investor pain points and naturally connect with others in the industry.
Compensation Structure
- 40% commission on initial signup/setup revenue for Flip Analyzer
- 20% recurring monthly commission on active subscriptions for Flip Analyzer
- 40% commission on first month of Project Tracker upsells
- 20% recurring monthly commission on active Project Tracker subscriptions
Recurring commissions continue while:
- referred accounts remain active and in good standing
- and the partner remains active within the program
There are currently NO commission caps for active partners.
