The Idaho Club is looking for dedicated and professional team members to join our team. We have openings for server positions for both lunch and dinner shifts and full and part-time positions. The Idaho Club is a semi-private golf club featuring a Jack Nicklaus Signature Course and a casual, fine dining restaurant that is open to the public on a year-round basis. The clubhouse is situated along the Pack River and offers the best views in North Idaho.
Responsibilities
- Greet and acknowledge members and guests.
- Knowledgeable about the menus, including wine and beverage menus.
- Describes and suggests food items and beverages, including specials.
- Take and process guest orders and ensures that all items are properly prepared and served in a timely manner.
- Communicates with front and back of house team members to provide an excellent and memorable dining experience.
- Facilities the guest experience from the time they are seated through departure and ensures guest satisfaction.
- Daily side work and stocking as necessary throughout the shift. Maintain a neat and tidy appearance of each table.
- Interact with guests throughout their meal.
- Accurately document all money transactions through the shift.
- Ability to work as a team member
Skills
- Must enjoy guest service and have excellent organization skills and great sense of timing.
- Must be able to converse with guests in a warm, friendly, and gracious manner.
- Past server experience in a high-end casual dining environment.
