We are seeking a motivated Warehouse Worker/Packaged Ice Producer/Drivers Assistant to join our dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to be involved in the production and distribution of ice, supporting both warehouse operations and delivery logistics. Responsibilities
- Assist with the loading, unloading, and moving of ice products within the warehouse using equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts
- Support the production process of packaged ice, ensuring quality standards are met efficiently
- Help prepare and organize orders for delivery, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Assist drivers with route preparation, vehicle checks, and safe loading procedures
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards within the warehouse and production areas
- Support delivery drivers with route driving, shuttle driving, or assisting with heavy haul tasks as needed
- Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate daily operations and ensure smooth workflow
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to load & unload products safely
- Strong communication skills to coordinate with team members and drivers
- Experience with warehouse operations or similar manual labor roles preferred
- Ability to lift heavy loads repeatedly and work in a physically active environment
