About the Role
The Hythe Vail, a Luxury Collection Resort, is seeking passionate, service-driven professionals to join our Food & Beverage team as Luxury Hotel Servers. We are looking for individuals who are committed to delivering exceptional hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences in one of Colorado's premier luxury mountain destinations. As a Luxury Hotel Server, you will provide personalized, anticipatory service while upholding Marriott Luxury Collection standards and contributing to an atmosphere of excellence, teamwork, and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional food and beverage service in accordance with Marriott Luxury Collection standards. Create personalized and memorable guest experiences through genuine hospitality.
Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly with professionalism and attention to detail.
Maintain extensive knowledge of menus, wine, cocktails, spirits, and daily features.
Provide knowledgeable recommendations to enhance the guest dining experience.
Ensure proper table maintenance and impeccable dining room presentation.
Collaborate with culinary, bar, and leadership teams to provide seamless service.
Resolve guest concerns professionally and efficiently.
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and sanitation standards throughout each shift.
Uphold all Colorado liquor laws and responsible alcohol service practices.
Foster a positive and supportive team environment.
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of upscale, fine dining, luxury hotel, or resort experience preferred.
Strong knowledge of food, wine, beer, and cocktail service. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Professional appearance and polished demeanor. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced luxury environment. Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays. Food Handler Certification (preferred). TIPS Certification or equivalent (preferred).
