Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Agent position based in Peachtree City, GA. The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for engaging clients to assist with property buying, selling, and leasing. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting property showings, providing market insights, negotiating transactions, preparing contracts, and fostering long-term client relationships. The role will also require collaborative work with internal teams to deliver exceptional service to clients and meet sales targets.
Qualifications
- Possession of a valid Real Estate License as required by the state of Georgia.
- Proficiency in Real Estate practices, including property sales, leasing, and market analysis.
- Exceptional Customer Service and communication skills to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Experience in Sales, with the ability to negotiate effectively and close transactions efficiently.
- Strong understanding of Real Property principles and market trends.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
- Proficiency in real estate technology platforms and tools is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in real estate, business, or related field is preferred.
