Hourly Rate: $15.00 USD - $18.00 USD with shift differential pay of $1 to $4 to hourly rate
Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm through May. June through August, the schedule will be 3:00 pm - Midnight, with shift differential pay. September through December, schedule will be back to 8:00 am - 5:00 pm.

About the Role
As a Production Technician, you will play a critical role in supporting our production team. You'll first learn to assist in core disassembly, module grouping, and maintaining warehouse organization. Then, you’ll learn assembly of common SKUs, and accurate module grading. You’ll be part of a team focused on meeting production volume and quality goals. This entry-level role is a great starting point to learn about hybrid battery remanufacturing and build a successful career in the industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Core Disassembly & Module Grouping – Support the production team by breaking down battery cores and transitioning modules for reconditioning.
- Assembly of Common SKUs – Assemble common SKUs into finished goods.
- Maintain Warehouse Organization – Ensure all materials and parts are stored properly and easily accessible for production needs.
- Assist in Meeting Production Quotas – Contribute to achieving production volume and quality goals.
- Follow Safety & Quality Protocols – Adhere to all safety measures and quality standards in the production area.
