A Note from the Hiring Manager
βWe currently rely on paid search to acquire customers. While thatβs supported growth, itβs not how we want to scale long-term. This role exists to build a durable, organic growth engine β reduce paid dependency, improve conversion efficiency, and educate the market. The company that teaches customers the most β clearly and honestly β will win long-term. This role will help define how our industry educates customers, not just how it advertises to them.β
