๐Ÿ“Base Salary: $75,000 โ€“ $90,000 per year plus Quarterly Bonuses

๐Ÿ“Total On-Target Earnings (OTE): $105,000 โ€“ $125,000 ย 

๐Ÿ“Schedule: Mondayโ€“Friday, 8:00 am โ€“ 5:00 pm EST

This role exists to fundamentally improve how we acquire customers โ€” not just where they come from.

  • Reduce Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) by decreasing over-reliance on paid search and building scalable organic acquisition channels
  • Increase online store conversion rates through landing page optimization, UX improvements, and clearer customer journeys

Role Summary

The Growth Marketing Manager owns the performance of our digital acquisition engine โ€” organic growth, website conversion, and paid search efficiency. This is a hands-on role focused on building, testing, and optimizing systems that reduce dependency on ads, improve conversion efficiency, and compound over time.


This is not a brand-only or content-for-contentโ€™s-sake role.

This is a growth, efficiency, and execution role.


About the Role

The Growth Marketing Manager is responsible for driving organic acquisition, improving website conversion, and managing paid search efficiency.


This role is ideal for someone who:

You will turn our website into a true acquisition and conversion engine, not just a brochure.


Key Responsibilities

๐Ÿ” SEO, GEO & Organic Growth (Primary Focus)

  • Own on-page, technical, and structural SEO
  • Build and optimize service pages, guides, FAQs, and educational content
  • Improve internal linking, site architecture, indexing, and performance
  • Implement schema markup and SEO best practices
  • Track rankings, traffic, and organic lead conversion


๐Ÿงญ Website UX & Conversion Optimization

  • Analyze user behavior and identify friction points
  • Improve layouts, CTAs, navigation, and conversion paths
  • Build and optimize landing pages for services and campaigns
  • Collaborate with leadership on UX and redesign initiatives


๐Ÿ“ข Paid Search Management (Secondary Focus)

  • Manage and optimize Google Search & Shopping campaigns
  • Maintain keyword intent, negatives, and relevance
  • Optimize daily with a focus on efficiency and lead quality
  • Align paid insights with SEO and CRO learnings


๐Ÿ“Š Analytics & Reporting

  • Track traffic, leads, conversion rates, and CAC
  • Use data to prioritize work and guide decisions
  • Clearly communicate performance insights to leadership

  • Organic sessions (MoM / YoY)
  • Top-10 keyword rankings for priority services & locations
  • Technical SEO health (indexing, CWV, schema)
  • Organic lead growth (forms, calls, bookings)

  • Website conversion rate (overall organic)
  • Landing page conversion rates
  • Bounce rate & engagement on high-intent pages
  • Reduced time-to-conversion

  • Qualified inbound leads (SEO PPC)
  • SEO-attributed revenue
  • Lead quality & close-rate feedback from sales

  • Cost per acquisition (CAC)
  • Reduction in wasted spend
  • Conversion rate by campaign
  • Quality Score improvements




How Success Is Measured

Success in this role is defined by:

This role is expected to deliver visible improvements within 90 days and compounding impact within 6โ€“12 months.



Tools Youโ€™ll Work With

  • WordPress / WooCommerce
  • Google Analytics & Search Console
  • Google Ads
  • Page builders (Elementor or similar)
  • SEO tools (SEMrush or similar)
  • Design tools (Canva or similar)


Experience with every tool is not required โ€” comfort learning and executing is. Leadership is open to other tools required to effectively achieve our goals.


Must-Have Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of on-page and technical SEO
  • Ability to write and optimize SEO-driven content that ranks and converts
  • Experience improving website UX and conversion rates
  • Experience managing Google Ads with efficiency focus
  • Comfort building landing pages in a CMS
  • Data-driven, outcome-oriented mindset



Preferred Qualifications

  • Video filming and basic editing experience
  • Automotive, local services, or e-commerce experience
  • Familiarity with schema, CWV, or CRO testing
  • Startup or lean-growth experience
  • End-to-end project ownership
