As a seasoned Account Director, you'll play a critical role in building and maintaining strong client relationships, driving strategic objectives, and delivering exceptional results.
About This Role
You'll lead and drive day-to-day work in the agency, ensuring all work aligns with the clients' strategy, is error-free, and delivered on time and within budget.
This includes participating in client brand strategy meetings, collaborating across departments, and developing strategic content materials.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective client engagement strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality content and campaigns.
- Lead the development of Statements of Work, needs assessments, and program budgets.
- Monitor and track budgets against approved scopes of work.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor analysis.
- Assure the success of team members through onboarding and training.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of account/project management experience within a medical communications or medical advertising agency.
- Familiarity with medical terminology and pharmaceutical products, as well as knowledge of regulations and program implementation procedures.
- Strong business acumen, financial awareness, and negotiation skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication and time management skills.
- Proven strong interpersonal skills and the ability to participate constructively and effectively in meetings.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management platforms like Adobe Workfront.
