Role Description The Banquet Manager is a full-time, on-site role based at The Hutton Hotel in Nashville, TN. This role is responsible for overseeing all aspects of banquet operations, including planning, coordinating, and executing events such as weddings, corporate meetings, and social functions. Day-to-day responsibilities include supervising banquet staff, ensuring food and beverage service standards are met, managing event setups and breakdowns, and maintaining high levels of guest satisfaction. The Banquet Manager collaborates with sales, culinary, and front-of-house teams to confirm event details, manage timelines, and address guest needs in real time. The role also includes monitoring inventory, enforcing health and safety standards, supporting staff training, and contributing to continuous improvement of banquet service and profitability.
