Cooling Tower Service Matter Expert

Hunton Services, a division of the Hunton Group, is seeking to hire a Cooling Tower Support Specialist who will be responsible for generating business for the Cooling Tower team. In this role, the selected candidate will utilize their expertise to aid in creating the gap between Operations and Sales to provide customers with details on their respective Cooling Tower service needs.

Responsibilities:

• Attend monthly sales meetings to create a shared understanding of Cooling Towers and assist with requests related to Cooling Towers.
• Coordinate and conduct site visits and job walks with Sales.
• Work closely with the respective Resource Coordinator to schedule site visits, sales meetings, and miscellaneous interdepartmental communications.
• Conduct site walks and utilize XOI to develop a scope, materials list, labor hours, subcontractors, and any rental equipment needed for documentation relevant to the customer's request.
• Coordinate with the Estimating and Procurement Specialist (EPS) to ensure all information is properly provided promptly.
• Participate in turnover meetings for proposals with EPS, Area Service Managers, Field Supervisors, and Salespersons.
• Ensure proposals are sent to the customer and appropriate teams, and address requests accordingly.
• Maintain a professional and upbeat attitude during all communications, between teams and customers.
• Maintain technical knowledge by attending educational workshops and reviewing technical publications.

Qualifications:

• Must be adept in the use of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Ability to thrive under time pressure.
• Have an in-depth knowledge of Cooling Towers.
• Comfortable working within a team environment.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 2-5 years of Cooing Tower and/or HVAC industry related experience.
