We are looking for dedicated and passionate individuals to join our team and help create a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.

Job Responsibilities:

• Greet customers with a friendly and welcoming demeanor.
• Assist customers in selecting cigars based on their preferences and knowledge level.
• Maintain a clean and organized shop environment, including the humidor.
• Ensure that cigars are stored at optimal humidity levels.
• Provide knowledgeable recommendations on cigar pairings, accessories, and products.
• Process sales transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system.
• Maintain stock levels and assist with inventory management.
• Keep the lounge area clean, including wiping down surfaces, managing ashtrays, and ensuring the comfort of guests.
• Enforce age restrictions (must be 21 years or older to purchase).
• Support and assist other team members as needed.
• Comply with all health, safety, and store policies.

Key Requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Have flexible availability.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Passion for cigars and an interest in learning more about cigars and cigar culture.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Attention to detail, especially in managing the humidor and inventory.
• Must be reliable, punctual, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous retail, hospitality, or cigar lounge experience is a plus, but not required.
• Must be able to lift and move boxes of cigars, store supplies, and other items.

Additional Qualifications:

• Knowledge of cigars, cigar accessories, and the cigar industry is a plus.
• Comfortable working in an environment that includes smoking.
• Ability to engage with customers in a personable, knowledgeable, and professional manner.

Pay: $12.00 - $13.00 per hour
