Courtland Mobility is looking for a Lot Attendant/Shop Assistant to add to their team in Burlington.
Our Lot Attendants are an integral part of the day-to-day flow of business in the dealership.
The Lot Attendant manages the flow of inventory of the lot by parking vehicles in an orderly manner and ensuring all vehicles are presented professionally. This individual will also assist with light shop duties including, cleaning & organizing the shop, detailing, and some repair work with guidance.

- Arranging vehicles between lots in an organized manner.
- Managing & prepping vehicles incoming and outgoing.
- Organizing vehicle inventory by keeping track of vehicles & keys.
- Moving vehicles to and from different locations.
- Checking vehicles for damages and reporting any issues.
- Cleaning and organizing the shop.
- Installation of accessories onto specialized vehicles.
- Some repair work with guidance.
- Automotive type work, including cleaning & detailing of vehicles for delivery.
- Contributes to the overall productivity of the team.
- Perform other duties assigned by the manager.
- Positive attitude!
- Friendly and approachable.
- Automotive repair and maintenance knowledge is considered an asset.
- Must have the drive and desire to meet sales goals and expectations.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Proficient in computer software applications.
- G Driver's Licenses required.
- Clean driving record.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Previous customer service experience is considered an asset.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- An individual who maintains a positive work relationships in the work environment.
