Position Overview
We’re looking for a mission-driven, thoughtful, and collaborative Program Manager to join our growing team. This full-time role reports directly to the CEO and plays a key role in managing and improving THS’s core programs while helping us communicate our impact to donors and supporters. In addition to program leadership, this person will support the CEO with donor relations and other cross-functional responsibilities as needed.
This is an ideal position for someone who is passionate about global equity, thrives in a collaborative and relational work environment, and is eager to roll up their sleeves to help build and scale impactful programs.
Key Responsibilities:
Program Development & Management
- Lead the continuous improvement of THS’s water and education programs in collaboration with our Kenyan and Ethiopian partners
- Conduct research and benchmarking to inform program strategy and growth
- Collaborate with the Monitoring and Evaluation Officer in Kenya to design and refine systems that measure program impact and effectiveness
- Translate impact data into compelling stories and reports for donors and supporters
Donor & Sponsor Communications
- Collaborate with Marketing and Communications Coordinator to craft engaging updates and narratives for key stakeholders
- Contribute to donor stewardship and cultivation strategies alongside the CEO
- Ensure program-related communication is clear, timely, and aligned with THS values
Cross-Team Collaboration
- Work closely with the Kenya and Ethiopia-based team to ensure program execution and shared learning
- Support the CEO in various cross-functional tasks, including donor engagement, storytelling, and internal systems development
- Help shape and expand your own role based on your strengths and interests

- Familiarity with monitoring & evaluation or impact storytelling is a plus
Work Environment & Benefits

- Office located in downtown Holland, MI
- 40 hours/week across a 4-day work week (Monday–Thursday)
