About The Position
This role will focus on developing wafer fabrication processes, integration flows, and metrology tools for creating innovative devices. The successful candidate will collaborate with the engineering, manufacturing, sales, and marketing teams to ensure products developed for our GCT customers meet performance, design, and price requirements.
Main Responsibilities
Oversee the development and implementation of GCT technology, including TGV fabrication and filling technologies, wafer-based fabrication processes, process integration flows, and metrology methodologies. - <> Work closely with other development/product groups to integrate GCT components into their products and understand enabling technologies required to align with their product and technology roadmaps.
Create and execute technical project management plans, including team direction and schedule management. - <> Jointly work with Application Engineering to resolve product technical issues during and after customer design-in.
Preferred Qualifications
- <> 10 years in wafer engineering, fabrication, and engineering; minimum 5 years of Engineering Management experience.
- <> Glass, Silicon, Semiconductor, or Hard drive wafer process development and integration, qualification, and high-volume manufacturing.
Experience with lithography, PVD, CVD, wet etch, dry etch, ECD Cu plating, electrical test, and characterization. - <> Demonstrated success in developing process flows, managing engineering groups, and communicating effectively with operators and senior management.
- <> Master's Degree or greater in Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Physics, or related field.
